Getting Started

Introduction

Get paid fast. Create a no-code custom crypto checkout link in 4 minutes using our self-serve onboarding form. Copy the generated checkout link and send it directly to a customer for payment. As soon as the customer uses the link and initiates payment, you’ll see a new transaction on your Loop Company Dashboard and money in your wallet.

What information is required to get started with self-serve?

In order to set up an account with Loop Crypto, you will need the following pieces of information:

  • Company name: The name of your company or project. This will be the name of your Loop entity, which you will see in the bottom left corner of the Company Dashboard once you log in. This name is also branded on your custom checkout link

  • Website: The URL (starting with http) of your company or project.

  • Help email: This email address is displayed in receipts when one of your customers pays via Loop.

  • Receiving wallet: The address of a wallet where you would like to receive funds when a customer uses your link to pay.

Want to include your logo? No problem, send us a message on telegram and we can add it for you in minutes.

You will be asked to create a password so you can manage your payment request, get the payment transaction hash, and create more payment links. These login credentials can be used next time you return to Loop to access your instance of the Company Dashboard. On this dashboard, you can create additional checkout links, monitor your payment activity, download a CSV of all transactions, and much more.

Available networks & tokens

For those who begin with our Self-Serve option, Polygon and Base are the available networks. You can find the full list of our available networks here. Networks beyond Polygon and Base are only available upon upgrade.

If there is a network or token that you do not see and require support for it, reach out (contact details below)! We support ANY ERC-20 token and EVM chain and are always happy to make it available.

Step-by-step guide

Question 1

The source defaults to Loop. This means that any checkout links and payment data generated will live in Loop and not be integrated with other third-party systems. If you would like to use our Stripe integration or Chargebee integration, reach out to upgrade. Our contact information is below.

Question 2

This question prompts you to create an item to receive payment for. You can create a subscription item if your customer is going to pay you on a recurring basis (autopay natively enabled). If the payment is not recurring, select Add one time payment.

You will then see a configuration pop-up slide in from the right side of the page. Complete the required fields to set the name, amount, description, and frequency of your item. For subscription items, you can also set free trial days.

Finally, you can set the networks and tokens you would like to enable. For example, if you only want to be paid in USDC on Polygon, you would select just USDC next to the network name.

Question 3

This question requires you to enter a few details about your company and project. These fields are required. As part of this question, you are required to add a receiving wallet address. Please enter the PUBLIC address of the wallet where you want to receive funds. Once someone pays you using the Loop checkout link, funds will be immediately directed to this wallet, less Loop’s transaction fee.

Question 4

Create a username and password. Be sure to save these credentials so that you can log into Loop’s Company Dashboard next time. You will need to confirm your email address via the confirmation code sent to your email.

Once you confirm your email, click Get my payment link.

At this point, there are optional parameters that you can add to the payment link as well. For example, if you are collecting a recurring subscription payment, you may want to require the payer to have a certain allowance or balance. These parameters can be set and then will automatically be passed into the URL.
