Internal notes

The Company Dashboard includes the functionality to add internal notes to transfer requests. This allows you to include additional context when your creating a brand-new transaction or reviewing prior transactions that have already been processed. This is particularly useful when managing outbound payments where you may want to include details about where the funds are being sent. Below, you can see the Notes field is available within the Schedule payments page.

You can also edit or add notes to prior or upcoming transfer requests that have already been scheduled. Navigate to the Transactions page. Once there, you can add notes to individual transfers. Click on the three dots on the far, then select "manage." Within the manage page for that transaction, you will see the option to edit or add a brand new note.
