Common payer error messages

Multiple purchases

To avoid a customer accidentally purchasing a product more than once, Loop has a 15 minute cool off period between purchases of the exact same product. Customers will see an error message notifying them they just made a purchase and to wait 15 minutes.

Blocked countries

Per our Terms of Service, there are certain jurisdiction Loop does not serve. Users will see an error if the payment page is access from such jurisdictions.

Chain congestion

If a chain is experiencing congestion leading to transactions not confirming, Loop will show a message to the customer to notify them of this payment delay. Loop will continue to send the payment onchain and will email the customer to the email address provided on the checkout page when the transaction confirms.
