What This Means for You

As part of this transition, we’re winding down our current product. **If you are paying a recurring subscriptin with Loop, this will affect your payment. **On Feb 13, 2026, Loop will stop processing all payments. **To ensure you do not lose access to your subscription due to a missed payment, please updated your payment method. **
  1. Navigate to Loop’s Customer Portal
  2. Click the button to “Change your payment method”
  3. Add a new payment method (you must do this step even if there is already a payment method on file)
  4. Complete the payment method setup
  5. Loop will automatically disconnect once your new payment method is added
  6. Refresh the Customer Portal to see this change
**If you do not see a button to change your payment method or have any questions, please reach out to the merchant you are paying. **
After changing or disconnecting your payment method, we strongly recommend removing the approval you provided Loop.
  1. Go to the Customer Portal and navigate to your subscription
  2. Set the approval amount to 0
Alternatively, you can use a service like revoke.cash to remove the approval. Important: Setting approval to 0 and disconnecting are separate steps. You need to do both.
  • Disconnect = removes Loop as your payment method for the subscription
  • Set approval to 0 = removes Loop’s authorization to access your crypto wallet
